[...] This was one of my favorite classes to teach! Not only were the women charming and eager to learn, the location was beautiful, and the cheese was perfectly ripe. I worked with Tiffany, a wonderful Creative Director, who chose to do a totally local Utah menu for her guests from out of town. I featured five cheeses in my class that reflected the best of Utah’s thriving cheese scene, such as Rockhill Creamery Gruyere (the favorite of the group) and Beehive Cheese Co.
