My name is Lindsay Watson and I love cheese. I have devoted years to eating it, studying it, and sharing it. My Fromager training started at the Montage Resort and Spa, Laguna Beach where I worked and studied for a year. After schooling took me to the mountains of Utah, my study of cheese and hospitality has only grown. I have decided to take my knowledge of cheese and my love of parties to start Fromages s’il vous plait! (english translation: cheese please!), a business devoted to enhancing parties through out the Wasatch Mountains with breathtaking, palate pleasing cheese displays, wine pairings, and your own Fromager.
